SNP welcome announcement of Stranraer Waterfront preferred bidder

> SNP MSP Aileen McLeod and MP Richard Arkless today (Tuesday) joined local Councillor Jim McClung in welcoming the announcement of the McKinney Group to bring forward a potential £50 million investment in Stranraer Waterfront.
