Green light for Dalbeattie Learning Campus

> SNP MSP for the South of Scotland and Dalbeattie Councillor Rob Davidson today (Thursday) welcomed the announcement by Deputy First Minister John Swinney that the £25 million Dalbeattie Learning Campus, funded by the Scottish Government, can proceed to financial close as soon as possible. The project is ready to proceed at the earliest opportunity, meaning this afternoon’s announcement is effectively the green light for the project.
